Eugene Bostick, an 80-year-old gentleman, builds this mini doggie train. (He used to be a welder.) People have been abandoning their dogs near his barn in Fort Worth. He and his brother take in these dogs and give them food and shelter. Eugene wants the dogs to savor more of life. So he builds this train and takes the dogs for a ride through streets and forests. These dogs are eager to hop on for their adventure!
