Meet Casper the Lhasa Apso in this video. What a great idea to show off dogs wanting to be adopted. Even though this video is not a current one, and there’s a good chance Casper has already found his forever home, it is still a good way to match dogs and puppies wanting to find a family. A neighbor told me about an event where the dogs needing adoption are shown off, and people get to meet them in person. Every single dog gets adopted after that event. I like this idea very much. I want to see every dog adopted.
