According to Dogs Pet Breeds, Pomskies are energetic, friendly, intelligent, loving, loyal, playful, and protective. They do shed. They need regular exercise. This may not be the best choice for children. However, to make it safer, have the dog grow up with the children, and make sure the dog has plenty of pleasant and relaxed interactions with the children.
