The teacup Shih Tzu puppy in this video is crawling and walking. Any Shih Tzu is lovely. And one who is learning to use their little legs is even lovelier. Now add “teacup size” to that, and the puppy becomes totally irresistible. This little one is slightly larger than the woman’s hand. He is getting a pretty good handle on his walk. Still sliding around at times. I like how cute he looks when he climbs on his mom’s arm. Because of his tiny size, he actually tips over onto his fluffy back from something as slender as this woman’s lower arm.
