The kitten in this video feels so safe with the dog that she plays with his tongue. Now THAT’s trust! The dog is Murkin, and many times the size of the kitten. When he yawns, the kitten was fascinated with the long tongue that she reaches up to play with it. Murkin was completely okay with the kitten doing this.
He was adopted from the shelter as a puppy, and was very shy and timid. And he was wary of people. His human parents help him feel more comfortable and confident around new people. Overtime, Murkin comes to love everyone who gives him attention. His special love are kittens and cats.
