I think this dog forgets that he is not a human!
Sometimes I wonder if dogs would ever sleep with their stomach side up if they were not domesticated. It would seem that in the wild, the natural thing to do is not to be in a vulnerable position. Perhaps domesticated dogs have learned to trust when they live in a safe environment.
