I saw an article on Buzzfeed with 17 doggies who are completely content, completely relaxed, completely happy in dream land, with their belly up, so ready for camera.
From what I remember, a dog that shows his belly is feeling safe, content, and relaxed.
I think they set a great example of how to completely abandon whatever is bothering us and take a happy nap. 🙂
