It is so lovely to watch this dog crying with happiness to see his Mom home. It’s so endearing the way he rests his paws on Mom’s leg and leans against her. I don’t know how dogs deal with long departures like this. Somehow I have a feeling thoughts of her beloved dog has carried this soldier through many a tough moments.
