The Boxer puppy in this video is listening to his human mom talk to him on the cell phone. Looking at his reaction, it HAS to be confusing for a doggie to be on the receiving end of that phone conversation.
“I hear her voice, but she is not here! It’s coming out of that little gadget. I can’t see my mom. What’s going on here?” That’s how I would interpret that confused look on the puppy’s face.
