The Dalmatian in this video is befriending a foster kitten at her pace. His name is Diesel, who has obviously read “How to win friends and influence people, as applied to doggies” by Dale Carnegie. 🙂 This is one dog who knows friendship cannot be rushed.
Notice he lets the kitten come to him first. At her pace. Then when she is comfortable approaching him, he initiates some interactions. This dog is a master of connecting! And notice how he stays at the kitty’s eye level so his height will not intimidate her.
