Look how he runs around to the driver’s side to first say hello to the lady. When she completely stops her ice cream truck, Charlie runs to the side of the truck where people usually lines up, and stands up on his hind leg, while the nice lady gets him a treat.
I think he gets this free treat everytime the ice cream lady comes around. What a nice lady! And I hope she gives him a very healthy fruit juice bar to keep him happy and healthy.
