He was born in 2009. Norbert is part Chihuahua, Cairne Terrier, and Lhasa Apso. His owner jokes that Nobert is “Norbreed.” He’s only about 3 pounds. His mom found him through PetFinder, not because he is a rescue, but because he is so small that he needs a special home that can pay attention to having such a tiny dog around.
