Even though they are humorous, look at the people in the meeting. They look quite relaxed. Can you imagine a problem-solving meeting where everyone is relaxed? Sure, there will be distractions. But they are fun distractions. And don’t we find solutions easier when we are having fun and feeling relaxed?
Even if they try to help in the office, and get more saliva on the documents than we like, don’t they put a big smile on our face? And the laughter they cause…wouldn’t YOU want to be in that kind of workplace?
