Starting about the middle of the video, the puppies have gotten a handle on how to imitate Mom when they play with their siblings. So they start “biting” each other to play, and showing their affection with their mouth. Like all moms of any species, this one is multi-tasking. She can play with one kid and feed another. It’s normal. Impressive!
