Norbert is a very tiny dog. Actually his owner found him through PetFinder. He needs a special home because of his tiny size. Norbert is around 3 pounds and about 7 inches tall. He is believed to be a mix of Chihuahua, Cairn Terrier, and Lhasa Apso.
Norbert has his own Facebook page, and is also a registered therapy dog. These dogs are trained to provide love and comfort in places such as hospitals, schools, hospices, nursing homes, disaster areas, and for those with different learning abilities.
