Just be consistent, that’s all. Shih Tzu’s need to get a short walk everyday. And if you can’t go outside with them, they’ll be content running laps around the furniture if you play with them. Because Shih Tzu’s are small, they can live in apartments. And they can also live on a farm. Just don’t leave them outdoors. They are sensitive to heat. And they need to be with their humans.
