The tired French Bulldog puppy in this video is resisting sleep. You can see him nodding off several times. Each time he wakes himself up, as if saying, “I’m not sleepy. I’m not sleepy.”
His dad tries to encourage him to sleep by supporting his head as he dozes off. But the puppy does not even want that because then he would have to admit he is tired. It’s kind of like us dozing off in front of the TV, but would not admit that it’s time to just go to bed.
